Arcadia Construction Consulting is a principal-led construction risk and project consulting practice. Matthew brings experience from the contractor’s side, the owner’s side, and a deep understanding of the work needed to bring everyone together for success.
Arcadia Construction Consulting specialize in supporting both local and out-of-state Owners, Developers, & Builders who need an independent review, to identify construction risks, and provide actionable recommendations so stakeholders can focus on looking forward as opposed to managing issues.
Independent review can bring earlier visibility to uncertainty in schedule, cost, scope, documentation, quality, safety and execution. By identifying issues that warrant attention and offering actionable recommendations, Arcadia helps leadership prioritize decisions, address unresolved questions and focus on what comes next.
From design coordination
to field execution.
Matthew’s career has involved preconstruction, field execution, and project leadership across multifamily development, adaptive reuse, and government construction.
His responsibilities have included design coordination, contracts, scheduling, quality control, safety, financial forecasting, and change order management. That experience informs a practical review of how project decisions connect and where risk can emerge.
His engineering education supports the technical detail. His master’s in real estate development adds an understanding of the owner’s broader development priorities.
